One of the most important aspects of any successful relationship is effective communication between both parties.  We at EastoSearch (Craig and Chad)believe firmly in this philosophy.  We insist on keeping an open line of communication with all of our clients and it is due to our high level of communication and expert negotiation skills that we can provide such a high level of service to our clients.

It is through relationships that we accomplish everything we do.  Our Strategic Partners are integral in our approach to forging new business relationships.  It is a ‘one hand washes the other’ mentality that has helped us establish such mutually beneficial partnerships with so many other local companies and business owners.

Networking

Networking really is the key.  Chad and I (especially Chad) make a point of attending regular networking events.  EastoSearch are seated members on at least one monthly President’s Luncheon, and we have organized one of our very own in 2010.  We are members of GLI and One-Southern IN Chamber of Commerce groups and it is because of our vast network (both local and nationally) that we are able to get such quick traction on the searches we conduct, and offer timely delivery with positive results to our clients.

When a company experiences the loss of staff, it is not typically based on an employee’s skill-set, background or compensation requirements.  Without those things in place he/she likely would not be an employee in the first place.  It is however, in most cases, a reflection of their behavioral and emotional range within a specific business culture.  EastoSearch offers Behavioral (DISC) Testing to more accurately determine if a candidate is the right cultural fit for your professional environment.
