EastoSearch, LLC is a Professional Search and Staffing Firm that recruits with the mission to eliminate the financial burdens associated with the loss or lack of essential staff needed to sustain a certain level of revenue, or support a company’s growth plan.

Typically our clients come to us because they simply don’t have the time, resources or expertise to effectively grow their staff/organization; or they have found that attracting and hiring the talent they need has taken away from their productivity, in-turn negatively affecting their revenue stream. 

In other cases we have clients who are currently using or have previously used a staffing firm, yet they still experience lack of results and frustration stemming from poor service and delivery.  Before coming to us, they were left unsatisfied due to inadequate results or ‘R.O.I.’, often linked to insufficient communication and the lack of expert level customer service provided by the recruiter or agency.
